Conveyor Belt Pulley

From your car to the grocery store, belt pulleys are everywhere.

Conveyor belt pulley systems aid in everyday life. If it weren't for pulley systems, much of our necessities, like food, would be unaffordable because of the slow production and distribution rate.

In fact, in order for a conveyor belt to function properly, a pulley system must be present to keep the conveyor belt in motion. The pulleys are wheels or rollers shaped to accommodate the type of belt used.

The pulley system moves the belt in the desired direction with a motor device conducting the speed of the wheels of the pulley.

With the increased belt pulley technologies, the safety and functionality of the pulley systems continue to improve. Current systems highlight internal placement of the motorized wheels that also offers a decrease of costly maintenance practices.
